This year’s Banquet & Auction celebrates our 10th Anniversary and an outstanding year for the
NYS 4-H Shooting Sports Program.  
Your attendance and contribution to this yearly fundraising event is vital. 
This event is the single largest fundraiser for our program – we need your support now more than ever!

Date: April 18, 2009
Location: The Roaring Brook Resort & Conference Facilities, Northway Exit 21.

Doors Open at 4:00 pm for Silent Auction, Drop Ticket, Games & Live Auction Preview!

Join us for complimentary Hors d’oeuvres beginning at 4:00 pm with cash bar available.
  Dinner will begin at 6:00 pm. followed by the Live Auction at 7:30 pm. 

Our games and auction items promise to be outstanding.

GAMES: To include - Three Gun Pull; Bullet Pull; Mystery Gun; Backyard BBQ Package; Canoe Package; Lucky Card Games; Spin the Wheel; Jewelry Bingo & Diner’s Delight!

SILENT AUCTION: At least 50 items up for grabs with a signature bid!

DROP TICKETS: Too many items to count – just drop in your tickets and take a chance! Double your chances with the Special Drop Ticket Package – purchase $200 worth of Drop Tickets for only $100…share some with family or friends!  (Offer available only through April 15, 2009.)   

SPECIAL DRAWING: For those taking advantage of the “3-B” Overnight Package (see Reservation Form) there will be a drawing for a hospitality basket of local products, admissions and discounts!
