This year marks our 13th Anniversary and another exceptional year of success for the New York State 4-H Shooting Sports Program. This very special event is the single largest fundraiser for our program. Your attendance and contribution are vital. We need your support!

Our 2012 Banquet & Auction will be held in the historic Towers Hall building, located lakeside on the north end of the Fort William Henry Hotel & Conference Center.

Join us for complimentary hors d’oeuvres beginning at 4:00pm with cash bar available. A grand buffet dinner featuring beef, chicken and seafood selections will begin at 6:00pm followed directly by the Live Auction. 

GAMES:  To include the Three Gun Drawing; Bullet Pull; Mystery Gun; Backyard BBQ Package; Canoe Package; Lucky Card Games; Spin the Wheel; Jewelry Bingo; Little Bag of Luck & Diner’s Delight!

SILENT AUCTION: At least 50 items are up for grabs with a signature bid!

DROP TICKETS: Too many items to count just drop in your tickets and take a chance! Double your chances with the Special Drop Ticket Package – purchase $200 worth of Drop Tickets for only $100…share some with family or friends!

SPECIAL DRAWING: For those taking advantage of the “Banquet, Bed & Breakfast Overnight Package” (see: Reservation Form) there will be a drawing for a hospitality basket of local products, admissions and discounts!
