learning environments in which youth and
adults reach their fullest potential as
capable, competent, and caring citizens.

strategy for supporting the lives of families
and youth through a wide variety of social,

activities.
Program

To
enhance the physical, cognitive, social,

is to include sound decision-making,
self-discipline, and concentration.

promote the highest standards of safety,
sportsmanship, and ethical behavior.
