The University of Vermont 4-H Shooting Sports Program in cooperation with New York, New Hampshire and Maine 4-H Shooting Sports will host a workshop to certify volunteer leaders in either archery, muz-zleloader, pistol, rifle, shotgun, or hunting. Minimum enrollments are required in order to offer each discipline. Participants will be certified to teach one specific discipline to youth participating in a formal 4-H Shooting Sports Program. All Vermont participants must be current 4-H volunteers. Each state maintains it’s own standards for certification which may exceed those established by the National Committee. Outside of Vermont be sure to check requirements with your state coordinator.
